Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the competitive real estate market of Noida and nearby regions. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and convert leads into successful sales. Conduct site visits with prospective customers and provide complete information on projects. Maintain and update customer database regularly. Follow up with clients on post-site visit queries and assist them throughout the decision-making process. Build long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities. Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines. Provide feedback and market insights to help shape business strategies. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate project options. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
