Quality Assurance Executive No. of Vacancy- 01 Job Summary The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve the company’s final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards in notebook manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Inspection Conduct in-process and final inspection of notebooks (binding, printing, cutting, ruling, cover quality, etc.) Perform quality checks on raw materials (paper, cover materials, binding glue, etc.) Ensure adherence to company quality standards at every stage of production. Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain quality records as per ISO or customer-specific requirements. Prepare and update inspection checklists and quality reports. Ensure traceability of batches and maintain NCR (Non-Conformance Report) records. Process Audits Conduct regular internal quality audits on shop floor processes. Identify process gaps and suggest corrective/preventive actions. Complaint Handling Investigate customer complaints and prepare root cause analysis. Implement action plans to avoid recurrence of quality issues. Coordination Coordinate with production, maintenance, and stores for timely quality issue resolution. Liaise with suppliers regarding material quality concerns. Compliance Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems, if applicable. Participate in external audits and support certification processes. Qualifications & Skills Education : Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Paper Technology or any relevant field. Experience : 1–3 years in Quality Assurance in printing, packaging, or notebook/stationery manufacturing industry preferred. Skills : Attention to detail and precision Good analytical and documentation skills Familiarity with basic measuring instruments (scale, micrometer, calipers, etc.) Knowledge of 5S, ISO 9001, and CAPA is an advantage Working Conditions Factory floor-based role, involving shift-based work and physical movement. Must be able to stand for extended periods and inspect large volumes of production output. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person

Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive Key Responsibilities: Production Planning: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecast and order priorities. Maintain a rolling 4-month stock planning cycle based on production forecasts and seasonal demands. Align raw material and packaging availability with production timelines. Coordinate with sales, purchase, and store departments for seamless execution of plans. * Control & Monitoring: Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Identify bottlenecks, delays, or quality issues and take corrective action promptly. Ensure production output matches required specifications and quality standards. Inventory & Material Coordination: Set and maintain product-wise minimum stock levels to avoid production or sales delays. Work closely with inventory and store teams to maintain material availability. Minimize overproduction and reduce wastage through accurate forecasting. Maintain minimum stock level alerts for critical raw materials. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and downtime logs. Generate reports on output vs target, raw material consumption, and rejection analysis. Use ERP/software to update planning and production data in real time. Coordination & Communication: Act as a bridge between production, quality control, stores, and dispatch teams. Ensure timely communication of plan changes or priorities to floor supervisors. Conduct regular meetings with production teams to track progress and resolve issues. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems (PPC). Familiarity with ERP or production software. Understanding of raw materials, processes, and notebook manufacturing flow. Analytical thinking and time management. Proficiency in MS Excel, and good documentation skills. Qualification & Experience: Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or any related field.
