Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. Functions/Responsibilities: • Display commercial, industrial, and residential properties to clients and explain their features. • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyer’s needs and financial resources. • Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price. • Build a client base through various marketing and networking activities. Basic Requirement: • Candidate should have his own vehicle. • Candidate should have Smart Fone. • Age should not be more than 30 year. • Should have good Communication skill.
