Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Real Estate Pre-Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Key Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience in real estate or BPO domain preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Comfortable with outbound calling and rotational shifts. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage. Positive attitude, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach. Work Schedule: Shift Timing: Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 & 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Rotational: 2 weeks night / 2 weeks day Week Off: Rotational offs between Monday to Thursday Weekend Attendance: Mandatory (Friday till Sunday) Benefits: Exposure to real estate industry pre-sales process Performance-based incentives (if applicable) Fast-growing team and career development opportunities
