To further expand our reach, we are now providing opportunities for PCD Pharma Franchise business and third-party manufacturing services on a national scale. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in lead generation, sales closure, and maintaining strong customer relationships via phone communication. Key Responsibilities: - Generate Leads: Utilize research, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies to identify potential customers. - Sales: Effectively promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, Distributors, and other clients through phone interactions. - Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support. - Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest pharmaceutical products and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. - Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
