Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in based on-site in Nizamuddin East, C-Block New Delhi. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and handling customer inquiries. The role will require daily interaction with customers via phone to understand their needs and sell relevant healthcare solutions and must able to do lead conversions. Ability to do tie-ups with Pathlabs centers and train their agent, if required.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service and Support experience
• Proven Lead Generation and Sales abilities
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• 1 to 2 years experience in sales and customer relationship managing
• Prior experience in healthcare or insurance sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to understand and explain healthcare services and benefits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Salary budget upto 25k to 30k plus incentives.
