About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with a strong background in Demat & Trading account sales. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in client communication, and well-versed with financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales calls for Demat & Trading account openings
• Convert qualified leads into active Demat accounts
• Explain product features, charges, and benefits clearly to clients
• Assist customers with online KYC and account activation
• Handle objections and follow up to close leads
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Consistently achieve sales targets
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and company guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of telesales experience in Demat / Stock Market / Financial Services
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Good knowledge of Demat accounts, equity trading, IPOs, mutual funds
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Fluency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate (Mandatory)
