Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Generate leads, build customer relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer databases.
• Follow up on leads and existing clients to provide information or assistance.
• Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and other goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
• Adhere to company policies and scripts.

• Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential for engaging customers.
• Persuasion: The ability to persuade customers and handle objections is crucial for closing sales.
• Customer Service: Active listening and the ability to resolve complaints professionally are key.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, especially with CRM software and Microsoft Excel, are often required.
