Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database.
  • Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and effectively.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM/software.
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Provide accurate information and handle customer queries professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months–1 year of telesales/customer service experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
  • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • 12 Pass out and Basic computer knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
