Telesales Executive

Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Making a high volume of calls to prospective customers.  Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads.  Product/Service Explanation: Clearly and effectively communicating product or service information.  Sales Support: Scheduling appointments, closing sales (depending on the role), and following up on leads.  Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.  Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.  Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.  5. Requirements and Skills: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the relevant language(s).  Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.  Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence and persuade customers to take desired actions.  Customer Handling: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections effectively.  Sales Skills: Understanding of basic sales techniques and ability to close deals.  Pressure Handling: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and while handling rejection.  Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.  Active Listening: Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
