Job Description

New Door Realtors is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales through effective communication over the phone.

This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to start their career in sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update regularly.
• Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling calls and customer queries.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Persuasive and self-motivated.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Eligibility
