Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales and customer engagement team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or inside sales, preferably in the IT industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing client onboarding, and achieving monthly sales targets for our IT services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through outbound sales calls and follow-ups.
• Sales & Closing: Effectively communicate with prospects to understand their requirements, pitch suitable IT solutions, and close deals.
• Client Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance KPIs.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
• Multitasking & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
• Learning & Adaptability: Quickly learn about new products and technologies and adapt to changing business priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably in IT products or services.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals over the phone or virtual meetings.
• Good customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, software, or technology services.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
