Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored fintech solutions. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, providing product information, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves meeting sales targets, recording customer interactions, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer acquisition strategies.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
