Job Description

Lead Management and Generation:Respond to and manage all incoming inquiries (e.g., phone calls, emails, website queries) in a timely and professional manner.Conduct outbound calls to a database of potential clients to generate new leads.Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and preferences to determine their genuine interest and potential for conversion.Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information on all lead interactions.Customer Engagement and Consultation:Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant, providing detailed information on property features, floor plans, pricing, and project specifications.Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties that align with their needs.Address all client queries and concerns promptly and professionally, building trust and rapport.Act as a bridge between the client and the sales/marketing team, ensuring clear communication.Sales and Marketing Support:Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations to potential clients over the phone or via digital channels.Schedule and coordinate site visits for qualified clients with the sales team.Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and market trends.Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and other relevant documents.Qualifications and SkillsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is often preferred.Experience: Proven experience in a presales, tele-sales, or customer service role, preferably within the real estate or a related industry.Skills:Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and persuasive tone.Real Estate Knowledge: A strong understanding of the local real estate market, industry trends, and property laws.Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.Technical Proficiency: Competence in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage and track a large volume of leads and appointments.
