Job Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads for rental and property sales through online and offline channels. Conduct property visits and showings with prospective tenants and buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and clients. Negotiate rental/sale agreements and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the real estate sector. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of local property markets (Noida / NCR preferred). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
