Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Executive to promote products/services over the phone and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure follow-up.
Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team for improving sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/12th pass with good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented and self-driven personality.
