Telesales Executive

Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) and handle inbound inquiries to generate leads and close sales.  Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.  Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to make effective recommendations and answer customer questions.  Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas and targets.  Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, handling complaints, and offering support throughout the sales process.  Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer information in CRM systems.  Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to provide feedback to management and adapt sales strategies.  Key Skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and clearly explain product benefits.  Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to handle objections and persuade customers to make a purchase.  Sales Acumen: A consultative and customer-oriented approach to sales, identifying needs and offering suitable solutions.  Product Knowledge: The ability to quickly learn and retain information about products and services.  Customer Service: A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.  Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on leads effectively, and meet deadlines.
