Job Description

As a Telecaller (English Voice Process) at JAYCHAN ENTERPRISE, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Identify and observe the knowledge about the products and service by the concern. - Manage product catalogs on e-commerce platforms. - Perform script (with some necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales. - Ensure clients from the order is to be personal or resale. - Demonstrate our products with sales data to prospective clients, and close sales deals with clients. - Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings are to thank, to identify the areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. - Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation. - Refer customer complaints to production & despatch team for quality control. - Record SKU details to update production unit for despatch and inventory stock maintenance. - Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database. **Skill Requirements:** - Excellent knowledge in English with write and speak must preferred. - Active listening and proficient Communication. - Making Inbound & outbound calls. - Situational Handling. - Customer satisfaction.
