JAYCHAN ENTERPRISES is a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Tirupur. We specialize in providing high-quality Home Décor Products. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and self motivated candidate to join our team. JOB ROLE: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries through various channels like IndiaMART, Justdial, etc. Provide detailed information about our products and address customer queries effectively to generate interest and sale leads. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers. Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience. Skill Requirements: Fluent in English, Hindi and other regional languages if any. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
