Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken female candidate to join our team as a Tele Sales Executive in the Commercial Line Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, CRM management expertise, and a proactive approach to lead generation and closure. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote commercial insurance products. Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and politeness. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking. Close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Stay updated on industry trends and insurance policies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the insurance sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. A polite and customer-centric approach to telecommunication. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
