Role Overview

Insurance company is seeking a Tele Sales Executive (Female) with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will bring energy, discipline, and professionalism to client outreach—with an added advantage for those familiar with the General Insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads via calls, online platforms, and referrals
• Engage clients confidently to spark interest and schedule meetings
• Conduct a minimum of two virtual meetings per day with prospects
• Focus on target achievement and consistent follow-ups
• Communicate with senior professionals: HR Managers, Account Heads, Directors, Owners, CFOs, and CEOs
• Share daily insights and performance updates with the team

Eligibility & Preferred Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Minimum basic experience in the General Insurance line
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with virtual platforms like Zoom, Meet, or Teams
• Self-driven and highly motivated to meet targets
