Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and persuasive TeleSales Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our team at Indo Frames. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Present and explain products/services in a clear and engaging manner. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. Maintain call records and update CRM on a regular basis. Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle MS Office/CRM software. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
