The role requires effective communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build rapport to persuade and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to leads or prospects provided by the company. Conduct cold-calling to generate new business opportunities. Follow a script or sales pitch to present products or services effectively. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products or services offered. Stay updated on product/service changes and improvements. Building Rapport: Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential customers. Identify customer needs and tailor the sales pitch accordingly. Handling Objections: Address customer objections or concerns with persuasive and informative responses. Provide solutions or additional information to overcome hesitations. Closing Deals: Guide customers through the purchasing process. Negotiate terms and conditions to meet both customer and company requirements. Finalize sales and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Follow-up: Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Gather feedback and address any issues or concerns. Explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Meeting Targets: Work towards and achieve sales targets set by the company. Regularly review performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets. CRM Usage: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer information. Track interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain accurate records. Adaptability: Stay informed about changes in products, services, or sales techniques. Adapt to new information and updates to provide accurate and up-to-date details to customers. Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Active listening to understand customer needs and respond appropriately. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field may be preferred. Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
