About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
• Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar role (1–2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Hindi and English preferred).
• Persuasive and goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM

Salary:

• Competitive and in line with industry standards. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
