Job Description

Provide information of products/Services/offers to customers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt assistance with their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process, ensuring a seamless and successful transition.
Handling inbound calls & outbound calls.
Solve customer's query over the phone and chat.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through interactive communication.
Responsible for customer payment follow-ups.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote additional product adoption.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
