Job Description

Core Telesales Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing product information and converting leads into sales.
  • Follow scripted sales pitches while still adapting communication to customer needs.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and daily call quotas.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls and excellent service.
  • Update customer records and enter order details into CRM or sales software.
  • Qualify leads and assess buying potential before transferring or closing.
  • Handle objections effectively and professionally during calls.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services when appropriate.
  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely communication with other departments.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, challenges, or opportunities.
  • Stay informed about product features, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
