Job Description

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, reaching out to potential customers over the phone, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach to promote the company’s products or services effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Identify sales opportunities through cold calls, database management, and lead follow-ups.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding company offerings.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Update customer records, call logs, and lead information in the CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams for coordinated lead management.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good listening and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and target-driven attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
