Role: Sales Executive  Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru Department: Sales & Customer Relations Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!) Role Overview- As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting potential clients with our services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of the branch. You will be the voice of Gathbandhan Matrimony — guiding customers with empathy, professionalism, and confidence. Key Responsibilities- * Engage with potential clients via phone calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups. * Explain our membership plans and services in a persuasive yet customer-friendly manner. * Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. * Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets. * Update client details, feedback, and follow-ups accurately. * Coordinate with the matchmaking and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. * Handle inquiries professionally and resolve customer concerns promptly. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate. Experience: 0–3 years in sales, customer service, or telemarketing. Excellent communication skills in Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Hindi (Urdu speaking Muslim girls also preferred). Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
