Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive (Female) to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to generate sales, promote products or services, and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Vatika Project.
• Answer questions about property to engage customers effectively.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable property type.
• Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and prospects to close sales.
• Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a positive relationship.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, terms, and offers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate, Telecom, Sales is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time: [Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]
• Location: [Office Based - Vatika Infotech City, Vatika Sales Office, Plot # 33, 7th Street, East Avenue City Front, Ajmer Road, near GVK Toll Plaza, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302026]

Salary:

• [₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives based on performance]
