Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive customer acquisition for our moving solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, understanding customer requirements, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.Key Responsibilities: Follow up on warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Understand customer requirements and provide customized moving solutions. Explain services, pricing, and promotions clearly to potential clients. Negotiate and create the best deals to meet customer needs and company goals. Close a minimum of 20 sales per month efficiently while maintaining profitability. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales performance metrics. Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions. Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed bookings. Provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use market insights to improve sales strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in moving solutions or a similar industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle customer queries effectively and provide customized solutions. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
