Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Tele sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The candidate should have excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads/customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Proven experience in tele sales /tele calling/customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
