We are hiring for the position of Telesales Executive at leading EV motors
Job Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Day Shift)Weekly Off: RotationalSalary: Up to 28,000 CTC
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote products/services
Handle inbound customer queries and provide resolutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and ensure conversions
Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions
Coordinate with the support team for smooth customer experience
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 1 year of total work experience
Including at least 6 months in Sales and 6 months in Customer Support
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections confidently
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Skillset Required: V5
