Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as calling potential clients, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and supporting customers through the sales process. They will also work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate or telesales is preferred
