Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team FOR UK CLIENT. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. Explain company products/services and their benefits clearly and persuasively. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer information in CRM. Follow up with interested leads and close sales. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Target-driven with a positive attitude. Qualifications & Experience:Minimum Graduate preferred. 6 MONTHS–2 years of telesales/telemarketing/customer service experience (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Experience in BPO, call center, or inside sales is an added advantage. SHIFT TIMINGS - 2PM - 10.30PM
