Job Description

A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, presenting products or services, answering questions, and closing sales. The role involves strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to meet targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. Present products or services clearly and persuasively. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle objections and negotiate effectively. Process orders accurately and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Prior experience in telesales or customer service (preferred but not always required). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic computer and typing skills. Persuasive and confident personality. Good command of language (English or region-specific). Work Environment Typically involves working with headsets, CRM tools, and calling systems.
