Requirments

• Minimum 6 month to 2 years of experience in academic or career counseling
• Strong understanding of the tech education/coding bootcamp landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide students toward their academic and career goals
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Bhopal. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with students to discuss their academic and career goals, advising on educational pathways, and helping students overcome any academic challenges. The counselor will work closely with students to develop individualized academic plans and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
