Whether you are a fresher with a passion for communication or an experienced caller with a track record of success, this is your opportunity to shine!   Key Responsibilities:-   Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from the provided database or leads. Explain products or services clearly and effectively. Generate interest and schedule appointments or close sales depending on the campaign. Follow up on previous calls and maintain call records. Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide accurate information. Who Can Apply: Freshers with good and average communication skills are welcome. Experienced telecallers or BPO/Customer Support professionals will be preferred. Ability to handle rejections positively. Fluent in- Tamil, English (Added advantage- Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada) Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge.
