Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients interested in trading and investment opportunities. Educate clients about market trends, investment options, and risk factors. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with the research and advisory teams to provide clients with insights and recommendations. Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings. Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead pipelines, and client activity logs. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in stock broking, financial product sales, or investment advisory. In-depth understanding of stock markets, equities, derivatives, and mutual funds. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in using trading platforms (e.g., Zerodha, Angel One, Upstox, ICICI Direct, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
