Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their property needs, and offering suitable real estate solutions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and convert them into site visits. Pitch real estate projects to potential buyers and explain project features and benefits. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and sales teams. Maintain a strong follow-up with interested clients to drive sales conversions. Maintain and update the lead database regularly. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Key Requirements: Experience: 0.6 – 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or similar sectors. Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus. A confident and positive attitude.
