Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate Process Location: Thane Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our Real Estate sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining project details, and generating qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers for real estate projects. Explain property/project details clearly and persuasively. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly. Schedule site visits for interested customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) Experience: 3–6 months in telesales / call center / real estate preferred Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi. Persuasive and confident with a customer-focused approach. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
