Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Gurugram i, India. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for calling prospective clients, generating leads, supporting existing customers, and driving sales. Daily tasks will also include maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication with potential and current clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
Proficiency in Customer Support
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Previous experience in a telesales or sales role preferred
