As a Team Leader, youll be the captain of a squad thats closing deals, overcoming objections, and turning conversations into happy customers. If you thrive in a high-energy, target-driven environment and love coaching others to win, this role is for you.

Note: This is a 6-day working role. Saturday and Sunday are working,

What you’ll do

• Keep a close eye on call quality—because every customer deserves the best pitch.
• Drive your team to smash daily & monthly sales targets.
• Manage rosters & floor schedules to ensure maximum energy and output.
• Handle attendance, leaves, and team discipline (you’re the one who keeps the house in order).
• Allocate telecalling lists strategically to maximize conversions.
• Give continuous feedback & progress updates to help your team level up.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles to energize the floor and set the tone for the day.
• Retrain advisors when needed—because learning never stops.
• Maintain and analyze sales/account reports like a pro.
• Ensure timely deposition of daily collections.
• Keep an eye on competitors—schemes, performance, strategies.
• Interview, screen, and build your dream team.
• Run performance reviews that actually inspire improvement.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years’ experience in telesales/telemarketing.
• Skilled at objection handling (you know how to turn a “no” into a “yes”).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and structured.
• Ability to handle pressure and keep the team motivated.
