Telesales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive *Tele Sales Executive* to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.

* Pitch products or services clearly and effectively to generate interest.

* Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or packages.

* Follow up on previous interactions to close sales or gather feedback.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Handle customer objections and answer queries professionally.

* Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the sales campaign.

* Report customer feedback and suggestions to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.

* Excellent verbal communication skills in \[Language(s)].
