Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Agent, located in Kochi. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for interacting with customers to identify/create a need and make attempts to close th deal. Their day-to-day tasks will include making outbound cals,, promoting products or services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage effectively with customers
Proficiency in Customer Support and experience managing customer interactions
Sales skills with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets and contribute to team goals
Experience in Training and the ability to enhance team members' performance is an advantage
Basic computer and data entry skills
Fluency in relevant languages and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
