Telesales Agent – Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telesales Agent to handle outbound calls, explain Beast Drive activities, and convert inquiries into bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads, inquiries, and customers
Explain Beast Drive activities, packages, and offers clearly
Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings
Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up schedules
Handle customer questions, objections, and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the operations team for customer scheduling
Provide feedback on customer preferences and call trends

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada (any two is preferred)
Persuasive speaking and strong sales ability
Good understanding of customer needs
Ability to stay calm, confident, and professional on calls
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, spreadsheets, call tracking)
Good listening skills & problem-solving attitude

Preferred Qualifications

0–2 years of telesales/customer service experience
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Experience in adventure, travel, or events industry is a plus
