Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented B2B Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and experience in handling business-to-business (B2B) client interactions over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients and pitch products/services

Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Follow up on leads and maintain the CRM database

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Provide accurate information and handle client queries professionally

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for campaign feedback and improvement

Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, especially B2B (minimum 1 year preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently

Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree

Experience in the industry related to the product or service being sold
