We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives with prior experience in telesales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Generate leads through outbound calling (B2B)
- Pitch website design, business growth, marketing services to potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable website packages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales closures
- Maintain accurate sales records via EXCEL or company tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide reports to management on daily activity & performance
Required Skills
✔ Strong verbal communication (English/Hindi preferred)
✔ Proven telesales experience
✔ Good negotiation & convincing skills
✔ Ability to handle objections professionally
✔ Time management & multitasking abilities
✔ Basic knowledge of computer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
