Roles and Responsibilities :

Identify potential customers through cold calling, research, and lead generation to drive business growth.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and staying motivated.

Job Requirements :

1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or telesales.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam language (written & spoken).
Proven track record of meeting sales targets through effective cold calling techniques.
