Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer support, and handling customer service inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include calling potential customers, explaining products or services, answering questions, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining customer information records and following up with leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Experience in the telemarketing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
