Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads efficiently.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and negotiation techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct warm calling campaigns to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved in Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technology sales, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques.
• Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Background in marketing or business development is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per hour
